Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love your MIAIRE purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Diffusers can be returned if they are in their original condition, undamaged, and include all original parts and packaging.
Fragrance oils can be returned only if they are unopened and still sealed. For hygiene and quality reasons, opened fragrance oils cannot be returned.

To start a return, email us at info@miairescentclub.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If your order arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we will cover return shipping. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
